Receptionist/ Front Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Greet visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, directing them efficiently to the appropriate offices or services.
Answer questions promptly, handle inquiries politely, and convey messages to relevant departments.
Manage reception area by maintaining tidiness, checking stock, campus facilities and providing helpful assistance to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Assist with various office needs, including ad hoc tasks such as preparing
documents, coordinating supplies, or supporting administrative requests as they arise. Telephone calls, enquiries, photocopying, purchasing supplies.
Support daily operations proactively, demonstrating quick learning to adapt to
new tasks efficiently.
Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
High School diploma is mandatory
University degree is preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Common knowledge of using email and information technology
Advanced level English
Active, extroverted, and sociable personality
University Transfer Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Support and process student applications to universities in UK, EU, and Canada.
Review applicant credentials, academic transcripts, SOPs, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with university requirements.
Work closely with the program team and management team to ensure smooth application timelines and follow-ups.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entry requirements, deadlines, program offerings, and international education trends.
Help build and maintain relationships with partner universities.
Support pre-departure arrangements and student onboarding to host institutions.
Collect and analyze student placement data and prepare reports for management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education consultancy / international student placement agency.
Proven experience submitting applications to UK, EU, and Canada universities.
Strong understanding of admission pathways, CAS/LOA processes, and basic visa documentation.
Fluent in English (spoken & written), additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
Excellent communication, counseling, and client-serving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other officers and team members.
High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and professionalism when dealing with students and parents.
Public Events & Marketing Associate
Job Responsibilities
Support the founders and marketing team by contributing in public events, seminars, workshops, and community activities.
Bring a fresh, culturally aware perspective to branding and communication, especially Western/US standards.
Help with event venue setup and guest attendance.
Assist in creating and adapting marketing content for digital platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters).
Represent the university/organization in public-facing situations with professionalism and confidence.
Engage with students, parents, and partners during events.
Support the outreach and marketing campaigns and activities.
Work closely with team members to ensure consistent branding and tone.
Job Requirements
Young American expat or repat with strong intercultural communication and public presence.
Experience in marketing, communications, events, or community outreach (internships count).
Comfortable speaking to groups, moderating discussions, or hosting audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication in native-level English.
Ability to adapt and work in a multicultural environment (especially Myanmar context).
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
Social media savvy; knowledge of current trends and youth communication styles.
Collaborative mindset, willing to support founders and team members across departments.
Basic design or content skills (Canva, social media tools) is a plus, not required.
ESL Teacher
Job Description
Teach English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) to ESL/EFL students
Plan and deliver engaging, level-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards
Assess student progress and provide feedback and academic support
Prepare lesson materials, assignments, and assessments
Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records
Support students’ academic and cultural adjustment
support and run external student clubs and activities for the student recruitment purpose
Collaborate with academic teams and participate in trainings or meetings
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Linguistics, or related field preferred)
TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (DELTA is a strong plus) Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
Minimum 1–3 years of ESL/EFL teaching experience
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Native or near-native English proficiency
Ability to teach multicultural and mixed-ability classes
Familiarity with communicative and student-centered teaching methods
