Receptionist/ Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, directing them efficiently to the appropriate offices or services.

Welcoming visitors, informing the relevant departments of their appointments or walk-in requests, serving refreshments, and ensuring that guests are attended to by the person in charge at the front desk.

Answer questions promptly, handle inquiries politely, and convey messages to relevant departments.

Manage reception area and meeting rooms by maintaining tidiness, checking stock, campus facilities and providing helpful assistance to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Assist with various office needs, including ad hoc tasks such as preparing documents, coordinating supplies, or supporting administrative requests as they arise. Telephone calls, enquiries, photocopying, purchasing supplies.

Support daily operations proactively, demonstrating quick learning to adapt to new tasks efficiently.

Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.




Required Qualifications

High School diploma is mandatory

University degree is preferred

Strong team work skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Common knowledge of using email and information technology

Advanced level English

Active, extroverted, and sociable personality
